Ballast Cleaner

This professional ballast cleaner attachment is customized for wheel excavators, specially designed for railway track ballast cleaning, sorting and replacement maintenance work. It can be quickly mounted on the excavator arm to replace manual track maintenance tools and greatly boost railway construction efficiency.

The rake body is integrally formed with thickened wear-resistant manganese steel with multi-row serrated teeth, which firmly grabs ballast without slipping. It accurately cleans dirty, compacted gravel under rails, between sleepers and along track sides, separating dust, mud and waste ballast to finish ballast cleaning, leveling, raking and collecting in one pass.

Matching the flexible 360° rotation of the excavator, it works smoothly in narrow working zones such as switches and platform edges without frequent machine relocation.
